Disappointed by Dr’s that I trusted!

I went to Waterfall City Hospital after falling last month. Was treated by a Dr at the emergency ward. After X-rays the Dr put me in a cast saying there is soft tissue damage but nothing was broken. When I went to remove the cast the following week I was seen by another Dr who then referred me for physio. A month later due to my medical aid plan not having savings Discovery sent me forms for PMB which I sent to the Dr’s. Today 5 weeks later after being in a cast, currently in a moonboot and on crutches doing physio your Dr’a are refusing to fill in the forms saying I had a sprain.

Now can someone explain if it was a sprain why was I put in a cast which i’m told is for fractures. I need Discovery to assist me to pay the same Dr’s who are refusing to fill in codes on the PMB form so how do you expect me to pay as I’ve been immobile for 5 weeks and having to now go to a public hospital for physio as I can’t not afford to pay cash?! My foot is still swollen as per the physiothe****** and ankle in constant pain! I need answers on what was done to me by your Dr’s at Waterfall Hospital!
