point of correction

Doctor Essack called me to apologise on behalf of his fellow doctor who ill treated me yesterday. He even wants to sit and have one on one with me to see if we can find a common ground. I have agreed to see him that we may sort this out. I am pleased that he read my email and that he followed up on this matter.
