Bad Service and very Agressive - Doctor Tolkin, Paediatrician, Paarl

<p>My son was admitted to Paarl Medi Clinic at the end of October 2016, Doctor Tolkin a Paediatrician was the doctor on standby. By the middle November, we received the first account and paid it immediately. Then by the middle of December 2016 we received another account for an amount of R255.80, I immediately contacted the accounts lady to query this. After a very tiresome conversation with her I ask for a proper report to show me the costs they claim is outstanding as the medical aid report tells me a different story. I'm still waiting&nbsp;for her send me the report.</p> <p>Yesterday I got SMS informing me we were handed over to the legal department as our account was 4 months in arrears. When I phoned her to find out what this was and how is it possible as my son was only in hospital in October which is not even 4 months ago. And to ask her what about the report. She was so rude and did not even acknowledge that&nbsp;we spoke about this in December. I did make the payment immediately but I need to warn other people about this.</p>
