Lack of communication

I consulted with Dr Susan Burger on 25 July 2026 regarding puffy eyes and ***mentation. During the consultation, she recommended kidney, thyroid, and allergy testing, as well as a consultation with an ENT specialist. I completed the recommended tests, and the kidney and thyroid results were normal. I then contacted the practice to ask whether an ENT consultation was still necessary in light of my allergy test results. Unfortunately, despite emails to both the practice and receptionist, as well as multiple phone calls, I have not received a response. As a paying patient, I am disappointed by the lack of follow-up communication and guidance regarding a question directly related to my consultation. While I appreciated the consultation itself, I feel let down by the lack of response to my follow-up enquiries.
