TERRIBLE BED SIDE MANNER

i decided to email the reception two weeks ago as i was suffering a significant amount of hearing loss due to a middle ear infection, i explained this in detail in my email to the receptionist at the rooms, needless to say after repeat sending the mail a multitude of times i called in three weeks later to find out if she did in fact receive my mail. oh my hell what a rude unprofessional woman , sis how dare you even work in this industry, her answer to not calling me to give me the answer that i was querying was because i said i couldn't hear, i then asked why could she not reply to my email , her answer NO ! sis do people like you just have unhappy lives or it this the norm to treat patients with such disrespect , well let me tell you something, id rather lose my hearing than ever even consider seeing this doctor , thank goodness there are many more in town
