Doctor Organic is a ****!!!

Doctor Organic is a ****! I purchased from their online store in November 2023. To date, I have not heard back from them regarding the shipment of my order. To be honest the red flags were evident from the beginning. The Doctor Organic shopify store is poorly designed with incomplete elements all over it. They offer free shipping for orders over R600 and at check-out continue to bill you for shipping. Once payment is made, there is no email confirming your order and no communication about delivery.

Also, the site offers ONE point of contact via an email address that does not even respond.

After some googling, I learnt that Dr Organic is affiliated to Wellness Warehouse. I reached out to someone at wellness warehouse and was told they cannot assist.

I also contacted an alleged director (Simon from True Health Holding) who managed to put me in contact with someone from THH who once again confirmed that they cannot assist.

In summary - Do not purchase from the Doctor Organic website. Your order will not be fulfilled and you will be disappointed! It's so unfortunate how an international brand like this can be brought into disrepute by South African ****mers.
