Poor service

I visited Doctor Nompumelelo Shao's surgery in Vosloorus, can this the place be taken of please Doctor Shao,after calling at 10am in the morning and told the doctor arrives at 13h30,when i got there at 14h00 the doctor is not there she will only arrive at 14h30, worse the reception has no printer nor an email in the facility, I was told I have to go to postnet and come back with my authorization forms from my medical aid, as they dont have a printer how in the world is that a place to help patients who's are sick and can't be going around to find a printer?
