Bad service at Doctor Mthethwa Richards bay

Very disappointed with the service I have received. On the 05 January 2019 went to take out a painful toothache. I came there at 11:00 they took my medical aid at 13:45 they call me and told me I ca not be assisted as my medical aid close at 12:00 but I came at 11:00, she said she's the only one working there and there nothing she can do. It's not the first time this happened it's the third time going there and never able to see the dentist. That's real bad service. I will never set my foot in there. ********** 098 (office number) they know you cant get hold of the actual owner they treat you like nothing at reception and that student doctor who came find her feet there. She should have said she dont know how to remove she only cleans the tooth. My number ********** 495
