93 year broke her arm in doctors surgery

I took my granny 93 years of age to doctor M Said Valiallah in roodeport, the lady doctor who was assisting her gave her an injection and immediately instructed her to get off from the bed and she was she got blank out and fell with no assistance,she got a cut on her eye , when we got home she cried of her arm, I took her to baragwanath hospital only to find out that her arm is broken, she got a cement on....today I decided to take the granny back to the doctor and she told us straight that she got no intentions of helping her and she won't be held responsible for that, we are very much angry about this
