No answers from Doctor Marten South Africa

I bought a pair of boots about a month ago through doctormartenssouthafrica.co.za They send me a order nr that can't be tracked. I send them an email telling them that the order nr doesn't exist, so they send me a new order nr that I could track. I tracked the order nr until my shipment arrived in Durban and then nothing further. I send them an email every day trying to find out what's going on and NO reply from them at all! There's no where where I can get my money back. And the prices that they advertise on their site are not the true prices at all. I paid R400 more than what was advertised.
