Incompetency - Poor Service (Dr Kowalczyk's Rooms)

This doctor Kowalczyk's Finance Department definitely doesn't even deserve a star. The service with regards to correcting their own mistakes on their accounts and submitting it to the Medical Scheme is absolutely shocking! The person working there is clearly *********** in completing a task at hand.

This matter started last year already when there were outstanding claims from the doctor to the medical aid. Most of the account has been settled, except that we, me, my sister and mother have been continously stuggling since December 2018 to get a specific claim settled from this doctor. The reason... because the doctor's rooms keep submitting the wrong codes to the medical aid!

I have several e-mails and dozens more phone calls that was made to this accounting person to correct the codes, even asked them to get into direct contact with the medical aid to ensure that the correct codes are submitted for payment, but to date, still the codes have not been corrected and now the doctor's rooms have the audacity to send a final demand sms for the outstanding account or the account will be handed over.

The person working in the financial division of the doctor's rooms doesn't know what she is doing and how many other patients have had to cough up money because of her incompetence?

Like seriously?
