Disappointed

I went to Dr Nyuswa’s office on the 5th of Feb 2020, desperate to figure out my health status, did a couple of tests, and she then concluded that I needed a halter put on me for a 24 hour period to monitor my heart activity. I had it put on the following Monday, took it back to her the following day after the 24 hour period. I figured I’d give the doc a couple of days to call me back for feedback, but it didn’t happen. Called in twice on different days asking for feedback, but received nothing. I eventually went all the way there on the 24th and asked for feedback, only to realize that she hasn’t looked at any of the results, in fact she only called for the blood results after she was told that I am waiting for feedback. She sat me down and told me that I urgently needed to see a cardiologist thereafter. Now imagine if I hadn’t gone to her consulting rooms to demand feedback? Meanwhile the claim from my medical aid had gone through ages ago already ofcourse. Really scary how there is no sense of urgency with some of our doctors, meanwhile the transaction had been concluded ages ago. Only God knows when I would’ve received that urgent feedback, had I not paid her a visit.
