Medical ***** claim

On the 26th January 2019 I received SMS from my medical aid that a claim of R427.80 made by the doctor for the22/01/2019 has been processed and paid. I called my medical aid on the 28th and they confirmed the transaction. I immediately called the doctor's office and spoke to a lady by the name of Thembi,I told her what happened and she said the person who is doing claims will only come in after 10 I must call then which I did but to my surprise she was still not available.Thembi took my details and said she will give them her to contact me and that never happened.I called again following day still she was not available but later on she called and said funds will be transferred back to my medical aid by Friday the 01/02.She made a mistake she made a claim to my medical aid instead of someone else. On Monday I called medical aid to confirm nothing has been done. Called the office and asked for the doctor they said he will be available be9.I called following day even this morning Thembi said I won't be able to speak to him as he is busy with clients. I exhausted my efforts trying to get answers from them but simmingly they are not willing to assist me. I think the best is to report to medical ***** maybe I will give me answers.
