Disgusting service

My 2 month old baby was sick so I made an appoint to see the doctor, the receptionist advised that the first available appoint is at 11:30pm. My husband then went to the surgery and they gave him an appointment for 18:15. when we go there we waited until 19:00 and still the doctor was unable to see us. while we where waiting the doctor was busy flirting with his receptionist and everyone sitting in the waiting room could hear them. they took a break to have supper together and did not care about the sick people waiting to be seen or the fact that my baby had a high temperature, we ending up leaving and going to another doctor. the doctor and his receptionist had no respect for the people sitting and waiting to me see while they play fight with each other and eat supper,
