Month and Months and nothing is done

I have been fighting with these people for months about haveing my name removed from the credit Bureau's. I paid the funds outstanding before I was even supposed to. Some waste of space working there allocated the funds to a closed account which I already paid up and now month later I am still having issues to get my name cleared. I have no vehicle and I am not able to get to work and back on time, I am struggling to get my daughter to school and now I am not able to purchase a vehicle because these people have done nothing about having my name removed from the bureau's. I am sick and Tired of emailing back and forth and getting the same answers.

They were quick to remove funds from my account every month and never had an issue with that!

Sincerly

A very unhappy man, who walks to work thanks to you

Good day Lloyd

Firstly, we wish to congratulate on achieving a Form 19 once all this is behind you and you've had response from the NCR you will be debt free.

With regard to your query about getting clearance off the NCR – kindly note that it takes 21 working days to be cleared. We hear you and feel your frustration as we also have to wait for the NCR to respond to our queries.

You received your Form 19 (Clearance Certificate) on the 3 January 2017 and on the same day we requested clearance. We found out that you have also been registered by another company on the NCR and Laura has been doing her utmost to assist you in clearing your details off and corresponding with the NCR, and ensuring that you were cc’d in each email.

I do not appreciate you referring to my staff as a ‘waste of space”. Unfortunately errors were made by ourselves and the Bank, and have been corrected. You were aware of the error and have received a paid up letter for this account, and received your Form 19.

We will continue to do our utmost to assist you and ensure that you are removed from the NCR as quickly as possible.

Kindest regards

Corinne Lewis – Debt Counsellor
