At Doctor Debt no one cares

I contacted a Hillary Dutton from Doctor Debt to assist me with the debt Review exit process. I understand that these things do take time but the lack of response from this company is worrying. Every time I phone its either no one picks up or no one is available to assist me and I'm asked to leave a message and some one will get back to me and no one ever gets back to me. Money is being paid to accounts that have been paid of and paid up letters emailed to this company but there were no responses to the emails either so I do not know whether they were recieved or not. My FNB revolving loan balance is wrong, the account was not paid for last month. And over R3000 was allocated to Capitec accounts that have been paid up. How will I ever get my money back. What a frustrtion.
