Dr Charlene De Greef PATHETIC PRACTISE

I recently made an appointment with a Dr Charlene de Greef - a GP and was informed to come a bit earlier as I am a new patient. I arrived today, Tuesday 1st April 2025 at 2:15 and filled out the necessary forms for a new patient and was told to go and wait. My appointment was for 2:30. I waited and waited and waited and noticed that there were still 3 other patients in the waiting area besides myself so what time would this Dr De Greef actually see me..? Well 3:15 came and went and not one of the two women at the reception had the decency to even notify me that maybe the doctor was running late, they both just sat there busy with their work and completely ignored me sitting waiting even though my appointment was for 2:30. Who the hell does this doctor think she is making people wait over and hour..??? PATHETIC SERVICE - DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!!!
