Worst experience ever

Not only did we pay the deposit but we paid the full amount. After the amount was paid we received a booking confirmation with date and time for the appointment. Only to arrive (after driving 1h30) at the premises with no one there to attend to our booking. We called the owner, only to hear (with a very bad attitude) that our booking was not confirmed and she is not there. Even though we paid the amount in full, we received a booking confirmation with date and time for the appointment and we called on the morning of the appointment to confirm all was in order. Driven all the way to Dr. Brow after we thought everything was in order and then being told off with an attitude. How does this make your clients feel? How does one support a business if one is being treated like this? We enquired about our money already paid for this service that we did not receive and we got threatened with lawyers, and we were told if we do any bad publicity we can expect to be "tackled" by lawyers. I mean in which life do we now fall victim this business and get threatened with lawyers? It comes down to basically our money was ****** in a clever way and there is nothing we can do about it. I will never in my life support this business ever again or refer them to anyone and I hope no one else falls victim to this so called business and the way they do things.
