I am a very dissatisfied customer of Doctor Brow Beauty Salon in Pretoria South Africa located in Pretoria North. I booked an appointment for the 26th of June 2020 got a confirmed message. When I was already on my way "Dr Brow" cancelled on me. I am about an hours drive away from the location. I have rescheduled for the following Friday, today the 3rd of July 2020 for 15:00h. I confirmed the evening before, yesterday the 2nd of July 2020. When I have arrived for my scheduled appointment no one was there. So I tried to phone, message with no avail. An hour and 45 minutes later I got a Whats'up message to say she was back on a flight and I did not confirm my appointment today, what I should have done, so she is not refunding me. I paid for the appointment in full. This must be the worst business I have ever dealt with. I will take this further. As I feel I am ****med out of my hard earned cash.
