Poor front line service

The receptionists are the most unhelpful, arrogant group of ladies. No system in place for follow ups. No courtesy in answering or dealing with phone calls. Such a disgrace to be told when you're phoning back for the 3rd time to be told "well we don't sit on our emails all day checking to see if your email has come through..."
