Terrible Serve

Dears sir I was in Ntcare garden city hospital from 30 October to November 2022, my treating doctor was Dr Adnan Variava. Now I need to claim for my hospital insurance, he wanted R600 cash, which I paid him. He hasn't filled in the diagnosis code. I called his inefficient secretary several who doesn't seem to know what he is doing. There service is very poor. It is a disgrace for not only the greed but for the way you treat your patient. Don't think you are the only dr around. The hospital you work in is almost like a government hospital. The food is terribl;e and hosp[ital is like less tha 35% capacity
