Shockingly bad communication peppered with typos

I contacted Noma to assist with the process of having my degree apostilled as she was referred by a recruiter I am using. I had already sent an email to SAQA but received no response (another company had previously advised me to email them and given the wrong email address). Noma eventually rep**** to an email requesting assistance days after I had sent her a message and already forgotten about it. During this time I had already contacted a different company to assist.

Noma's email was full of typos and the tone was completely unprofessional. I notified her of my situation and voiced my concerns about SAQA's silence She responded the following week with one sentence, no capitalization, no punctuation, no greeting, and no sign-off as if I were a friend she was texting over WhatsApp, telling me to call them in 2 days if they don't respond (duh!). In fact, I had already gone through the actual correct procedure after researching what to do, a procedure that both companies failed to inform me about. I actually needed to print off a form from a website and send a full-color scan plus a scan of my ID to SAQA to a very specific address.

The ridiculous email response coupled with bad reviews I've read about her has completely me off using her service. I've never received such a short and abrupt email like hers ever before and I find the response careless and shocking, to say the least.
