On the 8th of December 2014 I couriered a set of fingerprints with an Application form to Docs4Expats at their Morgenster Golf Estate address. Ms Khumalo claimed they never arrived. I managed to get hold of PostNet (Matatiele) from Ireland who followed through and provided evidence of receipt on the 10th of December. The parcel was signed off by 'Michael'.
