Great Attitude

We app**** for an Unabridged Marriage Cert required by the UK on the 4th June'15 at the local Home Affairs in Wynberg Cape Town. We were advised that it would take 6wks. In mid July we were told it could take as long as 12mths! Shock! On hearing our problem a friend put us onto Noma whom we contacted the very same day.<br> We found her attitude positive & she was happy to try & assist. She asked for a copy of our original marriage cert, a copy of the application & our ID's. A couple of days later she emailed to inform us that the hold up was due to the Dpt not having an IB30 form on file. We contacted the Church who handled it with Dpt & Noma immediately . 10 days later we had the Certificate together with the relevant docs required by the Uk. Imagine our relief!. Well done to Noma & her folk in the office. A hassle free experience from Stuart & Pam Leach.
