Dishonest and *********** service agent
I accepted a job overseas and hired Noma from Docs4Expats to apostille my education qualifications on my behalf. Only once the documents arrived at Korean immigration was it noticed that my masters degree had not been apostilled. Noma attempted to defer blame, suggesting that I had sent my agent the incorrect document. I kept a digital record of what I received, and fortunately the agent could see that an image sent to her by Noma of the apostilled document had been falsified. Noma was given the opportunity to redo the process, but again she made an error.

At this stage I lost all faith in Noma and hurriedly pursued an alternative route. I personally spoke to staff at the Department of Higher Education who informed me that they only accept original certificates. Noma had never asked for the original. She also suggested that staff only start processing documents at 10am, despite the fact that they open at 8am. It seems evident that Noma has a contact in the department who is processing documents *******ly for her. Ultimately the delays and confusion almost cost me my job. It did cost me double the amount of money, and the stress placed on everybody involved was enormous.
