Docex pickup and delivery timing seems ********** from non-main RSA cities.

Beware to those using Docex: In my experience actual delivery process and timings are **********ly bad for pickup and delivery outside the four or so main centres in South Africa. So the website doesn't lie - (I only saw detail about the main centres), the website to me then could create a false impression as to actual performance. Eleven days (7th business day) from sending from Rynfield Benoni Gauteng to receipt in Plettenberg Bay WCape. Don't be fooled like I was by what I think is limited info on website. Thankfully the Jhb East marketing/ agent tel ### ### ##47 did at least phone back and explain their workings and timings - good on him! But I am seriously unimpressed with the "unique service" - it is after all the 21st century, 2021 and minimal lockdown. The website reflected today 25Oct2021 "The DOCEX mission statement is to effectively supply a unique, Southern Africa wide, member to member, "added benefit", overnight physical and electronic, item movement service, to our members in their specific niche markets." I suggest, please beware - to all those current and potential Docex members.
