Docex

Our company uses Docex, a supposedly overnight service for documents used by Attorneys. We sent documents from Cape Town to King Williams Town. The documents were sent off on the 19th of May - reached East London on the 24th of May. In the end the King Williams Town attorneys only received the documents on the 1st of June. The East London Docex office 1st admitted that they sent the documents to King Williams Town, took it back to East London mistakenly and then when we enquired about this incompetence they just said it was collect on the 1st of June. Just another pathetic incompetend practice for which nobody takes the blame and attorneys have to pay thousands per year for "non" service. I will never use Docex again.
