Very disappointed ☹️ with this company, in 2018 November we contracted them to do printing for backpacks, everyone time we send our work to them for printing our items kept being ******, the owner takes other clients items sells them to his friends and we were given run a around when we needed to be compensated for the items lost/****** by them, we did request a refund for the 50% deposit paid upfront for the work that was going to continue until the end of the project, we were told their company policy doesn't allow them to do refunds instead we will be given a credit note to print other work in future, which we played along in 2018 May we send our work to them for printing again this time around half of the bags and one color disappeared and is still missing and it's causing inconvenience in our operations, we now lost 2 major clients because of their incompetence, my advice to you is when you hear of this company DOCELI Designs with offices in Braamfontein and the owners name is LEO NYAWO run away for your life and peace because they ********.
