unprofessional inaccurate, making excuses all the time

very unhappy. they told me out marriage certificate was ready. when i got to home affairs I was told it not only isnt ready, it hasnt even been lodged (which is shocking of home affairs as they had goven me a reference number on hotline after I phoned to check it was lodged) but docassist agent must have either **** or mixed our marriage certificate up with a birth certificate we also ordered. now we sit 11 weeks after application at ha and 9 weeks after paying docassist with no mattiage cerificate yet..
