They treat you like family and actually care

From the first staff member that answered, to the manager, Norma. We felt as if they answered and rep**** with concern and actual care for the situation my wife and I were in. It's Monday 18th and we need our Unabridged Marriage Certificate because my wife is leaving the Tuesday 26th next week. Norma was super understanding how important this was to us and the short time frame we had. Today the 22nd we receive and email saying that our certificate is ready for collection... We called the DHA and they had confirmed it was ready for collection.
