SLOW and USELESS services!!!

If you're in any rush to travel somewhere DO NOT use this company. It had been over a month and I still haven't received any of my TEFL documents! I was promised 10 days.

Due to their useless service, I had to postpone travel plans, rearrange the dates I start my NEW job and on top of it all I am leaving the country without my documents.

They have staff members who take sick leave (understandable) however they forget to pass their work on so it can continue to be seen to.

Do yourself a favour and use the various other companies who offer such services. It will save you time, money, your travel plans and your job apparently.
