Not really a useful entity

Can't say I understand what this company actually does

- I had to apply for my birth certificate. They "expedited" the process, but it took longer than my friend who just did it himself. They will not explain what I paid for here

- Same is true of the police clearance certificate. They didn't do anything other than send it back to me once it was completed. I app**** for it, I paid for it.

- The apostille was the only thing they got right. But that's free at DIRCO and seems to be faster to do it yourself than to go through Docassist. My girlfriend app**** after me and she had delivered to her IN EUROPE before Docassist got it back from DIRCO

I asked them these questions, but they just kind of shied away from an answer by stating "your contract says it takes such and such weeks". Sure, but why did it take longer than someone who did it manually and why won't you explain what I paid for?

Maybe they don't know what expedite means, and they really just mean they occasionally check in on things for you. Which could be useful, nowhere near the value I paid though.
