Excellent Customer service

I am highly impressed with the service I received from this company. I app**** at Home affairs for my Unabridged Marriage Certificate and normal waiting period it 6 to 12 months, however I requested Doc Assist to expedite the document for me and paid them. Within a week and a half Doc Assist informed me that my marriage certificate is ready at Home Affairs. I phoned the Home affairs call center the same day to confirm and yes in fact my marriage certificate is ready.

From when I requested the quote to when I paid for their services it was professional and very helpful.
