Docassist/ so disappointed.

I am so disappointed in Docassist. I paid a fortune to get my marriage sad birth certificate expedited from them and it has almost been a year with no results. My frustration is that when ever I email them about the issue they do not respond at all, with no feedback or updates on what's going on. I have called a number of time and the Owner just advises me that there must be a problem and she will check. then she never comes back to me letting me know what the problem was or if they can sort it out. My documents are late now so no need for them anyway and they still ignore my emails for a refund. Their service is shocking. I will never use them again and would suggest if you would not like to lose money to do the same.
