Doc Assist Pretoria disappointing

Doc assist Pretoria has unfortunately not answered my emails for over 4 weeks. I have been trying to get my degrees attested and they do not answer their phone after being paid. There is little to no assistance or clarity from their team on the process of attestation and I have already paid them R3000.
