Doc Assist more like **** assist

I sent Doc Assist my finger prints for my police clearance certificate to be expedited as I need it to apply for my Visa. I contacted them as their reviews looked good on Google. A solid company to use who won't **** me. Their quote stated I must pay R7000 odd for two police clearances to be expedited, within 10-15 working days. I submitted the forms on the 11/01/2023 and today I contacted Romelio Paulsen who works for Doc Assist and handling my application to find out where my certificates were? The response I got was that there is loadshedding slowing things down. This is where I believe if I pay for a service that will take working 15 days then after 15 working days I should have my Certificate, or if you then don't want to render the service you promise then give me a refund and I will use someone else who will get the job done, or atleast pro-rata refund.

A colleague of mine used Passports4U. He sent his paperwork in a week after me and has already received the documentation back.

They will be the reason I cannot get my job due to not getting my Police Clearance Certificate in time.
