Disgusting and SLOOOOW

They received my daughters forms on 15 March, we are now 21 May and we get told my daughter MAY HAVE A POLICE RECORD ..... no following up, no final answer/proof, nothing. Come on please ... she was in Thailand for 4 years, came back for Christmas visit in December and wouldn't have been allowed out of the country if she had a ******** record. There seems to be no urgency to anything in this company, doesn't matter if your child is in a foreign country or not.
