Disappointing

I have emailed Doc Assist for a quote and finally got one to be told the price would be R2600 for documents for marriage in another country. Then I found out they made a mistake and the price is R3350, I wanted to pay as quick as possible since I have been waiting since last year for documents out of South Africa. I looked past the mistake and it took two days to get a payment request, price R3800. I have been waiting for service and a discount payment request for a couple of days now. The discount period is fading and I would've paid on day 1 of the quote if the customer service was better. I have not received an email or assistance for a while now. If it took this long for feedback and a payment request, I don't know how long it will take to get my documents. Even all the documents I have to sent to them are complete and ready to couriered, yet they won't help me if the documents arrive since I have not paid?
