Disappointed

This company states they’ll submit your application once you paid. Decided to phone home affairs to follow up on the application since the answers they gave me were very vague. Home affairs informed me they submitted about three weeks after we paid them. Would’ve been quicker and saved a lot of money if we did it ourselves
