APPALLING CONDITIONS

I cant believe there are still malls that require you to pay to use the toilet! And I would understand better if they where atleast clean and well-kept. What I was met with after paying my R2 was a few sheets of newspaper-looking toilet paper and dirty stalls which don't even flush. Even the taps where sealed off with paper cups and only two where working. THIS IS DISGUSTING! YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY BE ASHAMED OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHICH IN THIS DAY AND AGE STILL LOOKS THE WAY IT DOES!!!
