I made a purchase to at Dodsonville mall Pick n pay via online, the order was made at 16:54 and the app said I would get my order at 17:51 however I still have not received my order it's over an hour. I called the call center 3 times and used R48 worth of airtime to be told my order is only being processed as I'm on the line. I had to wait for over 10min on the phone for Pick n Pay to tell us what going on with my order. This is appalling customer service not to mention costly if they can't handle online orders they should deactivate the function coz it's wasting our time and giving us unnecessary stress R1133,79 is not small change. I'm very disappointed by this sort of service.
