I booked my printer in Canon iR 1022if with a scanner issue, firstly i told them to quote me before repair work is done, they went ahead without a quote whatsoever and then charged me R500.00, for "fixing printer" not to mention the "technician" admitted that he "needs to google" the issue to find a resolution, but that aside Japie the owner stated that HE "will repair the issue" of the scanner...surprise surprise issue has not been resolved, when i lodged the complaint with him he told me that i was "lying" and that i had booked the printer in for a printing fault... the printer never had an issue with printing!,

So please all do not waste your time with doan printers in stilbaai and do not support ********* such as Japie nor their organisations such as Doan Printers in Stilbaai!!.
