WORST KIND OF DIY SHOP

If it were possible to leave a minus star I would have. I have a person making renovations at my house. DIY Warehouse is supposed to supply the wood to build a cupboard. At first, I thought all was well, then it came to the delivery. A man rocks up at my house with the wood. He was aggressively arrogant when he came to the front door. I suppose he thought I was a woman that could be pushed around. I asked him to go to the back to unload the wood. When I opened the gate at the back, he asked me where the people who must unload. I said to him that I thought it was their responsibility. He told me that they do not unload, because if they get injured on the job they are in trouble. He was on his own, so I asked him if he wanted me to unload. He then phoned his boss (Patrick) who told him that if the person who ordered the wood was not there the wood must go back to the shop. The man driving the truck then left. I contacted Patrick to find out what was going on. He told me the wood was not paid for. I spoke to the gentleman doing the job and he told me that he has an account with Patrick. Two days later the wood for the cupboard was delivered (without the doors and an extra side panel). The rest of the stuff was ordered two weeks ago, with a promise that it will be delivered in three days. Since then, every time there is an inquiry about delivering time of the wood, the delivery date is pushed forward a few days. I enquired from the guy doing the job again this morning because it was arranged that the wood would be available on Tuesday (tomorrow) at which time the job can be finished. Now they want to push the date to Thursday.
