Deon Coetzer of DO IT WELL PROJECTS, makes a good impression as a tiling contractor when he comes to do a quotation. His abilities, however fall far short of what he says he can do. He has no real experience, the final finish is of poor standard, and he cannot seem to complete the task as instructed. He will NOT listen to what is you want, but will rather do things his way, and then damages the materials. The percentage of wastage is more than double the normal allowable, and attention to detail is not of high importance.<br> This ***boy contractor cost me a fortune in damaged tiles, a fortune in wastage, and a further fortune in repairing the damage he did.<br> My advice would be to stay very far away from this man. It WILL end up costing you a fortune!
