Be Carefull of them!

Doitall removals promised to have their truck and shuttle at our house between 8:00 and 9:00 first thing in the morning to move our furniture to our new home.<br> <br> At 8:30 we got notified that their staff did not pitch because it was payday and they got drunk over the weekend. They had a 4 Ton truck and we paid for a shuttle service because the complex could only take a 3 Ton truck. They then told us they cannot get us the shuttle service.<br> <br> I told them to see if they cannot get the truck in the complex since they are now dropping us badly. The manager in the meanwhile had to go to the location to find people to help move the furniture. Needless to say the truck arrived and was not allowed into the complex. 10:00 had passed and the new tenants already started to move their furniture into the home.<br> <br> The guys eventually started moving the furniture without the shuttle. During this process they broke a lamp fixture. I have given Doitall the pricing of the fixture, I have not received payment or any response yet.<br> <br> Very BAD Service
