Shocking service,NO after sales and poor workmanship

Shaun ***ner) of DNS Spa Studio's has supp**** us with a solar system more than a year ago,under the name DNS Solar ,and we are still battling for him to fix our issues.He is full of EMPTY PROMISES.Workmanship was shockingly poor,and more than a few irregularities were found with the wiring system..We approached Shaun , as he WAS the owner of the company,which in the meantime was apparently liquidated (not surprising),as he was obviously feeling the heat.The list goes on,and there are too many issues to mention here.Bottom line,being overcharged for an inferior system,that hasn't functioned correctly from the start,and never been rectified.This person has left us out of pocket as a result,and having to find someone reputable to fix what he was supposed to handle,as hes received full payment,and has shied away from his responsibility to provide the service that we've paid for , and still are...

Give your installers the correct material Shaun, don't cut corners,and give the clients what they pay for !! I've NEVER experienced anything to this magnitude,from anyone in any industry.Shocked ,and dismayed.
