Poor,bad and nasty customer service received from Thandi of Meat Choice Palmridge

This morning (21/12/2024) I went to Meat Choice Palmridge to buy few items, when I was making payment to the cashier by the name of THANDI, I had my bank card on hand to pay with, the cashier didn't say any word, she just pointed the speed point(the device used for card payments) with her finger, I inserted the card, ,I waited for device to read my card, when it was time to punch in the pin, again she pointed at the device with her finger without saying any word, the transaction declined & we had start afresh, she did the same ,I.e pointing at the device with her finger without verbally saying any word of communication with me

I then asked her "why don't you verbally communicate with me, because this thing of just pointing at the device is actually being rude",she said that "if that's how I see, then there is problem"

I immediately took my bought items and left the store because I was angrily fuming by the nasty attitude from cashier THANDI, I didn't want my anger to lead me to fight because of that rude girl.
