RECRUITMENT ****

I app**** for a Vacancy on BestJobs, I was emailed by "***" they told me that I was shortlisted for the position and I will be interviewed online due to covid 19 (Via zoom or skype) they went on to tell me in the email that I must pay them a fee of R260.00 for a backround check or else they cannot process my application and if I had any queries i had to whatsapp the following number "***". When I sent the message to the recruiter, I was told to pay the amount they said to pay in the email. I asked questions about the position, about the company that is employing and I got answers that waved huge red flags. I was told that they cannot give me that information as they are just the recruiters and they are not allowed to give us that information. I am yet to visit the physical address given on their profile but their website "www.dnadirect.co.za"is non existent. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE ********!!!! DO NOT PAY MONEY FOR AN ITC CHECK THROUGH RECRUITMENT COMPANIES.
