Good Service, Quality Range
I have owned and used DNA products now for 4 years plus. I own 3 appliances from the DNA Range (Air fryer Oven , Juicer and Tumblender) and I can confirm that they are quality products. I had an issue with my air fryer (out of warranty) and it was sorted within a week after phoning and sending my. Thanks DNA for the good service!

<div>I bought a DNA V2 Countertop Water Purifier besides the awful taste it stated leaking after about 6 months. I followed the company's procedure for warranty claims which they just ignored. Not a ethical company. My advice is avoid their products.</div>

DNA Health - DNA Water Purifier
Don't waste your money on a DNA water purifier. The machine does not purifier water properly, don't be fooled by marketing and sales people. I have had this machine for 5 months and sent it in for repairs twice. The water that comes out of this machine tastes horrible and the DNA team has done nothing to resolve this...they hide behind the TDS levels. After sales service is non existent. Don't fall for this **** of a machine. It's money down the drain.
