Total incompetence

I added this as a comment previously, thought I might as well make this a review.

Dawie did an installation for a double door garage. After a few months the panels started cracking. I then had to chase him for ages to get the door replaced. He doesn't call or give feedback, because he's too busy.

Four days later this new replacement door's panels started going skew. This took months to rectify because Dawie is just too busy. He's just not interested. Happy to take your money though.

This morning I closed the garage door and one side basically dropped. The aluminium guides collapsed. I sent a message with photo's and he never bothered to get back to me. I tried to phone, but didn't answer. He then later sent me a message that he'd phone me back. This never happend.

I phoned him later using a colleagues phone and surprisingly he answered immediately. Anyways, he says his terms and conditions states that he only guarantees his installation for a few months. This is embarrassing.

In the space of a year I'm basically going to have to install a 4th garage door. He never gets back to you, doesn't keep you up to date with what is happening. The quality of his product is terrible, his work quality seems to be even worse.
